Pandora Street Consulting is a boutique consultancy based in Austin, Texas. I help businesses and mission-driven organizations bring structure to complex work by designing and building the systems, workflows, and infrastructure they rely on every day.

I work at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with founders and teams to launch new businesses, improve existing operations, and bring clarity to complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Whether I’m building from the ground up or stepping into in-flight work, I focus on creating structure, reducing friction, and helping work move forward.

I graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University and earned an Executive MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to founding Pandora Street Consulting, I spent over twelve years working across high-stakes, fast-moving environments, including as a Chief of Staff and strategic consultant at a Fortune 50 company and Director at a Global 100 private cloud organization, helping organizations navigate complexity and execute effectively. I bring a systems-level approach to business operations, organizational build-out, tool and platform implementation, workflow design, global program management, digital marketing, and executive-level communications. I am also a certified mediator and can support organizational conflict resolution with a neutral, solutions-focused approach that fosters alignment and long-term collaboration.
